JESUS CHRIST can be understood to create a bridge between the two cliffs. Only Jesus Christ can give the gift of eternal life, making a soul dead and lost toward God, alive and in a spiritual relationship with Him. As Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, " ... He has set eternity in the hearts of men yet they cannot fathom what God has done..."
